Trillium

As spring arrives in Northern Michigan, the woods along the Tunnel of Trees will be carpeted by trillium, Trillium grandiflorum. Artist, Kim Cerrudo has captured their delicate beauty in wool felt and roving. Gorgeous white flowers when they first emerge. Aging blooms in the nature pick up a bit of pink. Each plant is unique and mounted on a vintage wooden spool with faux specimen tag and fine twine.
