Moss Green

I stumbled across this tiny fairy world hidden in an antique planter in Petoskey's Arlington Park and was so taken by its beauty! The greens were spectacular! The soft moss vibrant from the spring rains. Its delicate sporophytes reaching for the sky. How dear professors, bryologists Dr. Janice Glime (Michigan Technological University) and Dr. Howard Crum (University of Michigan) would have loved this! Beautiful inspiration for a magical fairy garden!
